Chengdu Nuclear 857 factory was attached to the China National Nuclear Corporation, and was a large state-owned enterprises(1) , a national secondary enterprise which was established in the early 1960s. According to the relevant national documents, we restructured and founded Chengdu Nuclear 857 New materials Co., Ltd in 2003 , which gathered technical research, manufactory and trade together.
